My name is Jaclyn and I'm a ROCD/relationship anxiety coach.
I personally struggled with relationship OCD for many years without even knowing what I was experiencing.
I was having obsessive thoughts about my relationship which would have me spiraling so bad I couldn't even get out of bed some days.
My now husband and I even broke up because it seemed like it was the only way to get rid of the anxiety even though I knew in my heart I loved him deeply.
Eventually, I came across an article on Google that perfectly described what I was experiencing.
I felt so much relief that I could actually put a name to it, but having awareness around it didn't put an end to the vicious ROCD cycle like I was hoping it would.
At the time, I had already been a life coach for 4 years helping women heal from past trauma so I decided to become my own client and take myself through a process to heal from the root cause.
I made a ton of progress in a short period of time, but there was still something missing in this process I was taking myself through.
It was God.
I was trying to play God over my life instead of actually letting him help me heal.
This one shift has completely changed my life and has allowed me to feel a level of peace I never knew was possible.
It has also changed the way I coach my clients. I went from taking all the credit as the "healer" to allowing God to do the healing through me.
And now he's put it on my heart to help as many people as I can with ROCD.
So many of these relationships are heaven sent, but there's a self protection mechanism working in overdrive preventing you from seeing the blessing of a relationship that's in front of you.
And I'm SO excited to help you come back to that knowing.
